Our client is the owner of this historic property in Denver, built in 1888. This auction features much antique furniture, some original to the property, as well as collectibles.

- Descriptions are to the best of our knowledge. Used items may have scratches or dings. Please study the photos for condition and/or ask any questions before bidding.
- Items not picked up will be forfeited with no refunds. Level Up Movers will be onsite to help with moving furniture. Call them for delivery options (720) 393-0204. All winners must pay for their items online prior to pick up.
