A fantastic mid-century home bar lot including everything pictured on the red bar counter and glass shelves. The centerpiece is a vintage leather-wrapped travel bar case with dark purple velvet interior, housing four collapsible metal shot cups with brass-tone leather straps, a small jigger or funnel tool, and a matchbook — the lower compartment features bottle dividers with a leather carry strap and brass medallion hardware, clearly marketed as a travel or picnic bar set with a tag reading 'Your Key to Traveling Pleasure.' Accompanying the case is a hammered aluminum ice bucket with a domed lid and side handle, showing the classic dimpled texture popular in 1950s-1960s barware. Also included is a small round chrome-lidded condiment or sugar dish with a glass knob finial, a white ceramic or plastic decorative toothpick or swizzle holder with lace-style relief pattern, and a glass pitcher with handle. The glass shelves hold a large collection of stemware including multiple wine glasses, martini glasses, and lowball tumblers — all clear glass, various sizes, included in this lot. Condition is overall Good to Very Good for the era; the travel case shows light wear to the exterior leather covering, the velvet interior is intact, the aluminum ice bucket shows light oxidation and surface scuffs consistent with age, and the glassware appears free of chips or cracks though not individually inspected. A wonderful complete mid-century entertaining set ready for display or use.
