Shipping is available on MOST small items. Please see individual photos. If you require shipping, you must pay your invoice and request shipping within 24 hours of the auction closing. You will receive another invoice for shipping. Once that is paid, your items will ship within 1 business day.
Shipping is calculated at actual cost plus $12 min. handling fee ($3 per addt'l lot). We combine shipping where possible. Please note your shipping cost in some cases can be significantly more than was paid for the item. We use PirateShip and choose the cheapest option. If you require faster shipping, please make that known to us.

• Online invoice payments only, prior to pick-up date. We DO NOT accept cash.
• Auction pickup is Sunday, November 23rd, 11am-3pm. Shipping available on some auction lots.
• Failure to pay invoices or non-pickups will result in automatic forfeit of all items with no refunds, and termination from future bidding. Failure to pick up furniture items will incur a $100 junk removal fee.
• Bidders must bring their own help and tools to disassemble and move large items—no assistance is provided. For moving help, contact Fernando at MB Delivery Solutions (303) 550-8772 or use the Lugg App. Movers must arrive during pickup hours. SLES is not responsible for missed pickups; all terms still apply.
