• No shipping available on this auction.

• Online invoice payments only, prior to pick-up date. We DO NOT accept cash.
• Auction pickup is Saturday, September 27th, 10am-2pm. There is NO alternative. We WILL NOT stay late for you.
• Failure to pay invoices or non-pickups will result in automatic forfeit of all items with no refunds, and termination from future bidding. Failure to pick up furniture items will incur a $100 junk removal fee.
• Bidders must bring their own help and tools to disassemble and move large items—no assistance is provided.
