Shipping is available on MOST small items. Please see individual photos. If you require shipping, you must pay your invoice and request shipping within 24 hours of the auction closing. You will receive another invoice for shipping. Once that is paid, your items will ship within 1 business day.
Shipping is calculated at actual cost plus $12 handling fee. We combine shipping where possible. Please note your shipping cost in some cases can be significantly more than was paid for the item.

• All items are sold as is/ untested, unless otherwise stated. Review photos carefully and ask questions before bidding. Smoke free, dog friendly.

• Online invoice payments only, prior to pick-up date. We DO NOT accept cash.
• Auction pickup is Sunday, Nov 2nd, 12-4pm. There is NO alternative. We WILL NOT stay late for you.
• Failure to pay invoices or non-pickups will result in automatic forfeit of all items with no refunds, and termination from future bidding. Failure to pick up furniture items will incur a $100 junk removal fee.
• Bidders must bring their own help and tools to disassemble and move large items—no assistance is provided. For moving help, contact Fernando at MB Delivery Solutions (303) 550-8772 or use the Lugg App. Movers must arrive during pickup hours. SLES is not responsible for missed pickups; all terms still apply.
