This ornate antique Federal-style giltwood trumeau mirror features a reverse-painted glass upper panel (verre églomisé) depicting a coastal landscape with birds. Below it sits the reflective mirror, flanked by classic fluted pilasters and a ball-accented cornice.

Style/Period: Federal / Regency, typically dating to the early 19th century (circa 1800–1830).
Design: Trumeau style, historically designed to fit the wall space between windows.
Materials: Gilded wood (giltwood), glass, and oil-painted scene

Mirror is loose inside the frame and has lots of silver missing / ghosting. Great patina!
