Why We Built Denver Online Auctions

Denver Online Auctions wasn't created by software developers—it was created by estate sale company owners.

In 2020, when COVID forced traditional estate sales to shut down, we still had clients who needed their homes liquidated. At the time, there was only one established online auction platform available to estate sale companies, and it had little presence in Colorado.

We became one of the first Colorado estate sale companies to successfully bring online estate auctions to the state. Along the way, we learned what worked—and what didn't.

As our business grew, we wanted something better. We wanted a platform that was easier to use, provided real support when estate sale companies actually need it—including evenings when auctions are closing—and allowed each company to remain front and center while building direct relationships with its own bidders.

So we built it.

Today, Denver Online Auctions serves more than 14,000 registered Colorado bidders and continues to grow by partnering with established estate sale companies across the state.

  • $18 monthly membership
  • 4% of gross auction sales
  • $75 minimum per auction
  • $50 monthly membership during months with no auctions
  • No setup fee—we create your company page, connect your Stripe account, and handle all of the setup for you.
