This is a classic Aladdin mantle oil lamp featuring a polished brass font and pedestal base paired with a white milk glass shade decorated with hand-painted red rose and green vine floral motifs. The lamp utilizes Aladdin's iconic mantle burner system — visible in the close-up photos is the characteristic perforated brass burner gallery and shade support gallery arms, hallmarks of Aladdin lamp production which dates back to 1908 when the Mantle Lamp Company of America introduced their revolutionary kerosene mantle lamp technology. The milk glass shade is a ribbed, paneled style with a scalloped top fitter ring and repeating floral sprays across each panel, consistent with Aladdin's popular cottage-style shades produced from the mid-20th century onward. The clear glass chimney is present and intact, fitting properly into the burner assembly. The brass base and font display the classic Aladdin pedestal form with a wide circular foot, tapered stem, and domed font reservoir with a side fill cap visible in the photos. Condition is Very Good overall: the brass shows light surface tarnish and minor handling marks consistent with age and use, the milk glass shade appears free of chips or cracks with vibrant floral decoration intact, and the chimney is clear and undamaged. The burner mechanism appears complete and functional. An excellent display piece or fully functional kerosene lamp for cabin, farmhouse, or off-grid use — highly collectible in the Colorado mountain and rural community market.
