This elegant drop pendant necklace is from Zales, The Diamond Store, one of America's most recognized fine jewelry retailers, and is presented in its original black velvet Zales gift box with satin ribbon insert. The pendant features a sophisticated double open marquise (navette) design in a bright white metal — most likely sterling silver or white gold-plated sterling — with two nested teardrop/marquise frames suspended in a cascading drop configuration. The upper element is a smaller open twisted marquise frame, connected via a bezel-set round accent stone (likely a small diamond or white topaz) to the larger lower element, which consists of two concentric open marquise frames, the inner one fully pavé-set with approximately 20–24 round brilliant-cut accent stones that appear to be genuine diamonds based on the Zales branding and the sparkle visible in close-up photography. The double-strand or twisted cable chain is delicate and proportionate to the pendant, estimated at approximately 16–18 inches in length. The total pendant drop measures approximately 1.75–2 inches in length. Condition is rated Very Good; close inspection of the macro images reveals some minor surface oxidation/darkening in the recessed areas of the lower marquise frame consistent with normal wear, and light micro-abrasions to the metal surfaces, but all stones appear present and secure with no missing pavé stones noted, and the chain and clasp appear fully functional. Original Zales presentation box is included and is in good condition with minor wear to the exterior velvet.
