Description:

An exceptional collection of 15+ vintage board games and toys spanning approximately four decades of American game manufacturing, representing some of the most collectible titles in the hobby. The crown jewel of this lot is the Milton Bradley Game of Life 100th Anniversary Edition (model #4000, Made in USA), featuring the iconic Art Linkletter endorsement medallion and the distinctive colorful letter-block graphic design — this is the highly sought-after 1960 centennial reissue that launched the modern version of the game. Also prominently included are two editions of Parker Brothers Monopoly (one vertical box format), an Ohio Art Etch A Sketch Magic Screen, Milton Bradley Mystery Date Game (pink box edition, circa 1965), All-Star Baseball Game, Ranger Commandos (WWII-era war game approved by the U.S. Army and Navy), the rare Spot-A-Plane Game, Konkrete Bild-M-Up Building Set No. 3, Lincoln Logs Complete Set with Wheels, Trivial Pursuit, Oodles, Quiz Kids, Junior Handicraft Outfit, and Sorry. The Ranger Commandos game is particularly notable as it carries U.S. Army and Navy Air Force approval text on the box, dating it to the WWII era circa 1942-1945, making it a rare wartime collectible. Condition varies across the lot as expected for items ranging from 40 to 80+ years of age: overall grade is Fair to Good. The Game of Life box shows significant wear including corner splits, surface soiling, and edge crushing but retains its graphic integrity. The Mystery Date box shows heavy wear with tape repairs. Most game boxes display varying degrees of edge wear, corner splits, fading, and surface soiling consistent with decades of use and storage. Contents and completeness are unknown and not guaranteed — sold as-is for display, collection, or parts. This lot represents an outstanding opportunity for vintage game collectors, antique toy dealers, or Colorado estate sale resellers seeking a ready-made inventory of mid-century Americana.
