This is a Rosenthal porcelain dinnerware set designed by Dorothy Hafner in the iconic 'Flash' pattern, featuring bold postmodern geometric designs with teal, coral, purple, orange, and black checkerboard motifs on triangular and rounded-triangular forms. The set includes two sizes of dinner/salad plates, two sizes of bowls, and two small napkin rings or condiment holders, all bearing the visible 'Hafner' signature on the face of the pieces. The glazed surfaces appear bright and vivid with no visible chips or cracks observed; light surface wear consistent with use may be present. The set appears to be a multi-piece service including stacked plates and bowls totaling approximately 12 or more pieces plus the small accessories.
