Description:

Lot # 665 - Antique Native American Flat Twined Bag From the Nez Perce Tribe, Idaho 10" x 10".  These bags are very specific to the Nez Perce tribe in Idaho and were used for carrying berries, roots, grasses, etc.  They were unique in their ability to stretch and carry a lot.  Also used for storage while traveling.  Top shows wear from use, see photos for details on condition.
