Description:

 First Edition Book "Sagebrush Lawyer" Signed by Arthur Thomas Hannett New Mexico Governor.  Published in 1964 this book is a first edition, and is signed in a note from the author.  Mr. Hannett was the 7th Governor of New Mexico.  Book is in good condition, no jacket was found, binding still tight, scuffing seen around edges from use.  I tried to get pics from all angles.
