These Federal Reserve Notes bear the signature of Joseph Barr, who was Secretary of Treasury during the last 28 days of President Lyndon Johnson Administration. Due to Barr's short term, his signature appears ONLY on the Series 1963. These were produced in 5 districts and this lot are all from Kansas City.
These are uncirculated, but show minor wear from storage and viewing over time. Still crisp.
