1. Pick-up information: Local pick-up on Friday, January 30, AND Saturday, January 31, from 1pm to 3pm each day.
2. Shipping: We ship if you meet ALL THREE of the following criteria's (otherwise you will need to pick-up locally):
   • Invoice total must be $200 or more,
   • Invoice must be paid by midnight on Friday, January 30, 2026, and
   • Shipping address and account name must be text to 303-906-5133 or emailed to [email protected] by midnight on Friday, January 30, 2026. We will ship the week of February 2, 202 and send you tracking information.
   • You must be available to sign for your package, as Signature Required service may be added at no charge.
3. Payments accepted: Online invoice payments only. No cash payments or discounts.
4. Item conditions: Items may need cleaned, may have minor surface wear, marks or scratches or may be incomplete. 
5. No refunds: All items are sold as is, as shown or as described. 
6. Buyer's Premium: 18% for this auction. A BP covers fees assessed to us by Denver Online Auctions to host our auctions.
7. Non-Payment & Failure to Pick-up Policy: Winning bidders who fail to pay, do not show up for pick-up, or arrive late with no communication WILL be banned from bidding.
