2. Non-Payment Policy: Winning bidders who fail to pay, do not show up for pick-up, or arrive late with no communication WILL be banned from bidding.


3. Payments accepted: Online invoice payments only. We DO NOT accept cash.


4. Packing and moving: We DO NOT pre-box, pack or help move. You box, you pack, you move. Bring tools to disassemble.


5. Shipping: WE DO NOT SHIP!!! DO NOT bid if you can't pick-up locally.


6. Item conditions: Items are untested. Working conditions unknown. Items not checked for completeness. Items may need cleaned, may have minor surface wear, marks or scratches. Non-smoking home.
