This is a stunning limited edition serigraph by Native American artist Veloy Vigil (1946–1997), celebrated for his bold use of color and contemporary interpretations of Native and Southwestern themes. The work depicts a stylized horse and rider against a vibrant magenta and rust-toned background, with abstract forms and fluid motion that exemplify Vigil’s signature style.
Hand-signed in pencil by the artist and numbered 77/125, the print shows excellent craftsmanship with rich, saturated tones on deckle-edged paper. The image measures approximately 22 x 30 inches, and the piece is professionally matted and framed to a total size of about 31 x 38 inches. Both the artwork and frame are in excellent vintage condition, with bright, clean colors and minimal wear. This is a rare opportunity to acquire an authentic signed serigraph from a highly regarded Native American modernist artist, ideal for collectors of Southwest art and contemporary printmaking.
