The bear is dressed in a blue police uniform with embroidered “PD” cap and retains its original Hometown Heroes / Limited Treasures tag. Suspended from the bear is a sealed silver round, dated 2006, inscribed “Best Wishes for Peace and Joy This Holiday Season”, and clearly marked ONE TROY OUNCE .999 FINE SILVER.
The silver round is housed in a clear protective capsule and appears uncirculated, while the plush bear shows light handling wear consistent with display. No testing of the silver has been performed, but markings indicate .999 fine silver content.
