Pick up details: Pickup has limited parking and requires appointments. You will receive an email from Shipping Saint within a day of Auction Closing for signup. Pickup outside of these timeframes are only by approval and may incur an offsite transfer fee starting at $25. Approval must be attained prior to bidding, otherwise alternate pickup is not guaranteed.
Furniture is present on the main floor, basement (with a walkout) and third floor.
Shipping: Shipping is available on lots indicated. Items not marked shipping available MUST be approved by the auctioneer before bidding. All shipping costs (materials, labor and postage) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I utilize Shipping Saint for postage, UPS/USPS Flat Rate boxes , $5-$10 handling fee per box. Third-Party Shipping: For items that do not qualify for in-house shipping, the buyer MUST arrange shipping through a local third-party shipper, subject to transport fees.
