This is a Zassenhaus XL mortar and pestle set made from cast iron. The set includes a large mortar bowl and a matching pestle, both in black, designed for grinding spices and herbs. The mortar measures approximately 7” featuring a sturdy spout for easy pouring and the Zassenhaus logo embossed on the bottom. Made in Germany, this kitchen tool reflects durable craftsmanship typical of the brand. The item is in good used condition with minor signs of use visible inside the mortar.
