This home is located in a gated community.  Winning bidders will have to be prepared to show ID at the gate and also be prepared to find some wonderful items at a fraction of their cost!

One-day local pick-up on Friday, February 20, Noon-6pm

All invoices must be paid online prior to pick-up - Cash will not be accepted onsite
Items not picked up during pick-up times are considered abandoned and forfeited
No shipping will be provided
All items are sold "As Is” and are considered used unless marked "New" in the description
By placing a bid, you are agreeing to allow Denver Online Auctions to charge your credit card on file, should you be the winning bidder and fail to pick up your items
Please inspect your purchase and address any issues prior to leaving the premises

Please bring your own boxes/bags just in case we are not able to pack items for you
