Description:

Lot # 201 - Original Art Piece by Local Artis K.L. Perkins with a letter Signed and Newspaper Article About Her.  This colorful piece measures 11" x 8.5" (not including the cardboard backing).  There were a lot of art pieces by Katherine Perkins in this home, we can assume she was friends with the Humphreys.  There is a letter from her but not sure what it is referencing, from her none the less.  Plus, a newspaper article about her.  This is a cheery piece!  Vibrant.
