Arthur Roy Mitchell (1889 - 1977) was active/lived in Colorado. Arthur Mitchell is known for Cowboy-frontier genre painting, cartoons. A.R. Mitchell's paintings are examples of western art, ranging from paintings to illustration work done for the western pulp novels popular in his day.
