The recipient of numerous art awards and honors, and a First Place winner at the International Wildlife Art Fair in Kansas City, Lou is regarded as one of the finest Wildlife and Sporting Dog Artists in the United States.
 
For over 30 years, Lou endeavored to capture the beauty of nature and its wildlife, and literally traveled the world to do so. In his later years, he has concentrated on sporting art, capturing deer, pheasant, duck and retrieving dogs in their natural environment.
