Paul Klee’s 1927 still life from the Berggruen collection, circa 1970 France. This print was commissioned by Berggruen and printed (Lithograph) by Mourlot for Berggruen’s 1970 Paul Klee exhibit, Paul Klee-Les Annees 20. Measures 26 1/2" x 21 1/2". This appears to be a serigraph but we are not certain. Very good condition. Has been stored flat.
Paul Klee (1879 - 1940) was a Swiss-born German artist. His highly individual style was influenced by movements in art that included expressionism, cubism, and surrealism.
