Description:

This lot features a UL (Urethane Liquidators or similar brand) dual-tank polyurethane spray foam insulation system mounted on a heavy-duty steel wheeled cart, designed for professional spray foam roofing, insulation, and coating applications. The unit consists of two large white polyethylene tanks — each embossed with the 'UL' logo and a 1-800 contact number — with graduated weight scales on the sides reading up to 90 lbs, indicating capacity for two-component foam chemicals (typically A-side isocyanate and B-side polyol resin). The system includes a DC motor control box mounted between the tanks, featuring a toggle switch, rotary speed control knob, and indicator light, consistent with a variable-speed proportioning pump setup used to meter and mix the two chemical components. Multiple braided flexible hoses are coiled around the cart frame, along with what appears to be a spray gun or applicator wand on the left side, and the entire assembly rides on a welded steel flat-bed cart with pneumatic rear wheels and front swivel casters for job-site mobility. The tank lids are bayonet-style twist-lock caps labeled 'Loosen' and 'Tighten,' with brass fittings and pressure ports on top of each tank. Condition is rated Fair to Good for a working commercial tool: the tanks show heavy surface contamination, dried foam residue, rust staining, and label wear; the DC motor control box is heavily soiled with corrosion pitting and paint loss; hoses show significant grime and wear but appear intact without obvious cracking; the cart frame shows rust and heavy use wear. Operational status is unknown and the unit is sold as-is — buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect in person prior to bidding, and should budget for cleaning, hose inspection, and potential pump/motor servicing before use. This type of rig is highly sought after by Colorado roofing contractors, insulation companies, and agricultural spray foam applicators throughout the Denver metro, Front Range, and mountain communities.
