37" tall - The seat is at 26". These are original black painted heavy oak wood. There is some paint wear as would be expected in the contact areas, mostly top knobs. The foot rails all have original plastic wrap. One needs recovered as it has a torn and different fabric. All have original paper tags on bottom, as shown. These will last another lifetime. So well made!
