This is a 1982 M.I. Hummel collector plate from the Little Companions series titled 'Stormy Weather.' It is an edition limited to 14 firing days and was produced by The Danbury Mint. The plate features a detailed illustration of two children under an umbrella by a lamppost. Not intended for food use due to metallic pigments.
