Description:
This estate jewelry lot is presented in a gold-tone embossed wood jewelry box with rich magenta/fuchsia velvet lining, featuring multiple compartmented trays and a mirror in the lid — the box itself measuring approximately 10x7 inches. The centerpiece is a Wittnauer QWR quartz dress watch with a rectangular champagne/gold textured dial, baton hour markers, and a wide gold-tone mesh bracelet band — Wittnauer being a prestigious American brand with roots dating to 1885 and long associated with Longines-Wittnauer quality timepieces. Also included is an SPI branded gold-tone quartz pocket/desk clock with a clean white Arabic numeral dial, a gold-tone rope chain necklace, and a silver-tone ring with what appears to be a turquoise or colored stone. The lower tray contains a collection of silver-tone souvenir spoons including one engraved 'Victoria BC,' a decorative filigree-handled spoon with an ornate coat-of-arms finial, a silver-tone segmented bracelet with multicolor glass/enamel accent beads, a collection of loose silver-tone watch band links/bracelet segments, a small silver-tone figural charm or pendant, a watch clasp hardware piece, and additional small jewelry findings. Condition is overall Good to Very Good for the lot; the jewelry box shows wear to the gold foil exterior with scuffs and tarnishing, the velvet lining has some fraying at corners, the Wittnauer watch runs (quartz) but should be serviced and verified, the SPI clock appears functional, and the silver-tone pieces show expected tarnish and light surface wear consistent with age and storage.
