Wall-mounted telephone made of oak wood with a natural finish. Features two large round metal bells at the top and a black metal crank handle on the side. Includes a black plastic or bakelite mouthpiece and a receiver holder on the left side. A round speaker grill is located in the center below a rectangular metal nameplate that reads, 'The B-R Electric and Telephone MFG. Co. Cellamond KC Division Kansas City, MO.' The back shows mounting holes and a cutout near the bottom. The phone has a rectangular shape with a slightly decorative, curved top edge.
