Lot # 774 - Rare Find Green Abalone Shell with Seven Beautiful Carved Napkin Rings Early 1904.  This large green Abalone shell holds a set of 6 napkin rings carved from colorful shells.  There was a 7th one with the carving of an Indian Head on it, we added it to this set since we only found the one.  Each shell is so pretty!  Colorful and unique.  There is faded writing on it, you can see "1904", it may be the writing from the company that made them.  These have a sturdy feel, thick and substantial, wouldn't seem to break easily.
