Description:

Lot # 634 - Very Special 1899 Photograph of "Black Heart Ogallala Sioux" Framed.  This amazing photo is stamped "Heya or Heyn Photo, Omaha" copywrite 1899.  The frame is black painted mahogany with silver scrolling.  Measures 16.5" x 18.5" framed, or photo alone is 7" x 9".  A sticker adhered to the back suggests this was from A Wild West event in 1895, but may have been taken a few years later.
