Description:

Gorgeous 25 x 20.5 lithographic print by R.C. Gorman, a celebrated Native American artist often called “the Picasso of American Indian art.” The piece features one of his hallmark reclining female nudes, rendered in his signature fluid, minimalist contour drawing style.

It’s signed and dated 1978 in the lower left and again signed at the top right, accompanying a handwritten quote from Lady Chatterley’s Lover by D.H. Lawrence: "She felt now she had come to the bedrock of her nature, and was entirely shameless... That was life! + that was how one really was!" The copyright note credits the 1980 Estate of Mrs. Frieda Lawrence Ravagli, suggesting this piece was published or reproduced under permission.
