Lot # 716 - Set of Pre-Ban Ivory Carved Rose Pins, Earrings, Brooch and Locket.  One round and one oval ivory brooch with a rose theme. Another pin with three flowers in a row.  Two Ivory Carved rose theme lockets, the ornate flat one, where the door slides to the left to open, has a flaw, a piece has chipped off the side.  The other locket is very pretty with a carved rose on the front, opens like a traditional locket.  See photos for details.

Disclaimer: This Ivory collection was owned by Hazel Hammer Humphrey (1881- 1972).  Most pieces were acquired during her extensive travels in her early years, the rest were mail ordered from Israel, many with the original packaging.  She was the only owner and as with everything else in the home/museum, the items were documented.   We have contacted both the Federal and State Fish and Wildlife Service to make certain we are in compliance.  We are however, only selling them in-state.  Pick up only.
