Adjustable height: This pop-up tent measures 144" L x 144" W and weighs 35.4 lbs. It can be adjusted to your choice of three heights 119" H, 115" H, or 111" H. It folds down to 54" L x 7.25" W x 7.25" H. The clearance height is 69" H (shortest setting), 73" H (middle setting), and 77" (tallest setting). It provides 144 square feet of shade coverage. The legs are 1" square with 3" long feet with 3 holes for stakes. The carrying bag measures 55.5" L x 9" W x 9.5" H and weighs 1.0 lb.

Most parts can be purchased from any hardware store.
