Original Japanese Government 10 Pesos note issued during World War II for use in the occupied Philippines. This historic piece of military currency, often referred to as “Japanese invasion money,” was printed between 1942 and 1945 and later demonetized after the war.
Included is the original vintage envelope with handwritten note referencing it as a keepsake, adding unique historical and display value. The note shows visible wear, light creasing, and some edge folds consistent with age, while the design and print details remain clear and legible.
An excellent collectible for WWII enthusiasts, paper money collectors, or anyone interested in Pacific War history and wartime currency.
