Description:

This French Provincial style nightstand features a cream and pale blue painted wood construction with elegant cabriole legs and a scalloped apron. The piece includes an open two-tier shelf with decorative metal mesh side panels, a single drawer with ornate brass bail pulls, and a gallery rail along the top shelf. Condition shows light paint wear and scuffing at the legs and edges consistent with age and use, with the original finish largely intact. A manufacturer's label is visible on the side panel, suggesting mid-century American production in the French Provincial style popularized in the 1950s–1960s. The drawer hardware and mesh panels are present and intact.
