This lot includes four decorative home pieces: a framed still life print titled 'The Summer Gift' featuring fruit and basket motifs in a ornate gold-tone frame with burgundy double mat, approximately 24x24 inches overall; a cream painted cast iron scrollwork plant stand with decorative pierced top surface and scroll legs, approximately 18x24 inches; a faux greenery topiary in a green square planter with gold finial; and a black tapered vase with faux blue and yellow floral arrangement. The framed print shows minor wear to the gold frame with some paint loss at corners, and the iron plant stand displays surface rust and worn paint consistent with age and use. The faux florals appear in good display condition with no major damage noted.
