Relic Estate Sales and Downsizing

Inside, it contains various baseball memorabilia including framed photographs, baseball cards, a baseball with 'Rawlings' printed on it, and books such as 'The Pictorial History of Baseball.' There is a wooden plaque featuring a player named Andres Galarraga, with text indicating his 1993 NL Batting Champ recognition. Other visible items include a collection binder labeled 'Colorado Team Set' and assorted baseball cards from different years. 

If moving large furniture come prepared with extra persons for moving help and handcart/tools. All items are sold as is/ untested, unless otherwise stated. All items will be on the main level of this historic home and in the covered porch for pick up day. May need to access stairs to remove items. If you fail to do any of this and arrive at pick up then you may be asked to leave without a refund. Buyer is responsible for bringing packing paper and boxes.
