Relic Estate Sales and Downsizing

This collection features an assortment of dinnerware including a white cup with black illustrations of birds and text stating 'For A Wonderful Guy,' surrounded by colorful plates. Notable pieces include a yellow-rimmed palette plate with a hen design and floral-patterned plates in various shades. There is a pink ceramic pig figurine and a silver candlestick holder, adding to the vintage charm. The materials include porcelain and ceramic, with gold accents on certain pieces. Items have been loosely packed in boxes for pick up day. 

If moving large furniture come prepared with extra persons for moving help and handcart/tools. All items are sold as is/ untested, unless otherwise stated. All items will be on the main level of this historic home and in the covered porch for pick up day. May need to access stairs to remove items. If you fail to do any of this and arrive at pick up then you may be asked to leave without a refund. Buyer is responsible for bringing packing paper and boxes.
