Relic Estate Sales and Downsizing

This charming tea set includes a teapot, creamer, and sugar bowl. The pieces feature a creamy white background decorated with pink rose motifs and green leaves. Each item is trimmed with gold, giving it an elegant touch. The teapot has a curved spout and a matching lid, while the creamer includes a small handle. The sugar bowl has a decorative lid with a finial. The bottom of each piece displays a mark indicating craftsmanship. Items have been loosely packed in boxes for pick up day. 

If moving large furniture come prepared with extra persons for moving help and handcart/tools. All items are sold as is/ untested, unless otherwise stated. All items will be on the main level of this historic home and in the covered porch for pick up day. May need to access stairs to remove items. If you fail to do any of this and arrive at pick up then you may be asked to leave without a refund. Buyer is responsible for bringing packing paper and boxes.
