Relic Estate Sales and Downsizing

This collection includes a variety of dollhouse furniture items (many are handcrafted pieces) featuring a wooden dresser in a dark finish with three drawers, a small round table with a white top and natural wood legs, and a tall cabinet with four drawers. The set also contains a pink suitcase, a turquoise cowboy hat, multiple small accessories including shoes in various colors, and a small black suitcase. A vintage-style television set displays an image of a blonde doll, and there are decorative items such as a pink travel bag and a basket. The dolls in the set are dressed in colorful gowns, with one wearing a burgundy dress and another in a blue patterned dress.

If moving large furniture come prepared with extra persons for moving help and handcart/tools. All items are sold as is/ untested, unless otherwise stated. All items will be on the main level of this historic home and in the covered porch for pick up day. May need to access stairs to remove items. If you fail to do any of this and arrive at pick up then you may be asked to leave without a refund. Buyer is responsible for bringing packing paper and boxes.
