Relic Estate Sales and Downsizing

A gold-tone necklace featuring a leaf design. The leaves are shaped with detailed grooves for texture. Interspersed are rhinestone accents in rectangular shapes. The necklace has a chain with a clasp closure.

If moving large furniture come prepared with extra persons for moving help and handcart/tools. All items are sold as is/ untested, unless otherwise stated. All items will be on the main level of this historic home and in the covered porch for pick up day. May need to access stairs to remove items. If you fail to do any of this and arrive at pick up then you may be asked to leave without a refund. Buyer is responsible for bringing packing paper and boxes.
