Relic Estate Sales and Downsizing

Tall bookcase made of solid wood with a rich brown finish. It has multiple horizontal shelves divided into two vertical sections. The left section contains several shelves filled with books, while the right section has fewer books and some decorative items. The wood grain is prominent and visible on the sides and back panel. The shelves have a slightly rounded edge. There is a metal bracket attached to the top shelf on the left side. Located in the basement. Very heavy bring help to move. 

If moving large furniture come prepared with extra persons for moving help and handcart/tools. All items are sold as is/ untested, unless otherwise stated. All items are spread throughout a singlestory home with basement. May need to access stairs to remove items. If you fail to do any of this and arrive at pick up then you may be asked to leave without a refund. Buyer is responsible for bringing packing paper and boxes.
