Relic Estate Sales and Downsizing

Multi-shelf set featuring ceramic plates, bowls, mugs, a covered casserole dish, and glassware. Dinnerware primarily cream-colored with green trim and adorned with decorated Christmas tree motifs. Includes clear tall glasses with Christmas tree designs. Red and white mugs with Christmas tree and text designs. Additional items include holiday-themed trays with festive patterns and colors, such as red, green, and white. Bring packing materials, located in basement. 

If moving large furniture come prepared with extra persons for moving help and handcart/tools. All items are sold as is/ untested, unless otherwise stated. All items are spread throughout a singlestory home with basement. May need to access stairs to remove items. If you fail to do any of this and arrive at pick up then you may be asked to leave without a refund. Buyer is responsible for bringing packing paper and boxes.
