Relic Estate Sales and Downsizing

A tall, solid wood chest with a rich brown finish, featuring a combination of drawers and a cabinet. The chest has two smaller drawers and one cabinet door on the upper section, with four larger drawers below. The drawers have metal handles in two different styles: round knobs on the upper drawers and ornate pull handles on the lower drawers.  The chest has decorative molding along the top and base, and paneled sides, showing a classic, sturdy construction. Heavy bring help. Pet friendly home. 

If moving large furniture come prepared with extra persons for moving help and handcart/tools. All items are sold as is/ untested, unless otherwise stated. All items are spread throughout a singlestory home with basement. May need to access stairs to remove items. If you fail to do any of this and arrive at pick up then you may be asked to leave without a refund. Buyer is responsible for bringing packing paper and boxes.
