Pair of authentic early 20th-century El Estado de Chihuahua banknotes issued under General Francisco “Pancho” Villa during the Mexican Revolution. These pieces were printed locally in Chihuahua between 1914 and 1915 as part of emergency wartime currency decrees.

- 1 Peso – El Estado de Chihuahua, blue print, Serie E 1915, with Tesorería General de Chihuahua red seal on reverse.
- 10 Pesos – El Estado de Chihuahua, tan/green print, Serie N Junio 1915, featuring engraved portraits of revolutionary leaders and red serial numbers.

- Both display portraits of prominent revolutionary figures and intricate border engraving.
- Crisp historical printing citing the “Decreto Militar de Febrero 10 de 1914.”
- Each shows the official red Tesorería General seal on the back with an image of the Chihuahua Government Palace.
- Circulated condition: folds, edge wear, and toning (see photos). The 10 Peso retains strong color and paper integrity, while the 1 Peso shows heavier wear and separation.
