Description:

Historic 1915 Mexican coin issued during the turbulent Mexican Revolution era (1910–1920), a fascinating period in Mexican monetary history when numerous coin types and emergency issues were produced across the country.

Coins from 1915 revolutionary circulation are widely collected by numismatists due to their connection to the political and economic changes occurring throughout Mexico during the revolution. These pieces often circulated heavily and are valued for their historical significance and connection to early 20th-century Mexican currency reform.

This example is preserved in a collector cardboard flip labeled by a previous collector noting “Mexico 1915.”

Details:

  • Country: Mexico

  • Year: 1915

  • Era: Mexican Revolution coinage

  • Metal: Copper-based alloy (typical for small denomination issues of the period)

  • Stored in collector cardboard flip

  • Estate collection coin

  • Condition: Circulated condition consistent with age and historic use

An interesting addition for collectors of Mexican Revolutionary coins, Latin American numismatics, and historic world coin collections.
