The pots are black with visible textures and shadows. The piece is signed by the artist and dated 1983. A stamp on the back reads 'Mercado de Santa Fe Old Pueblo El Paso, TX' and 'Santa Fe, New Mexico The Indian Market 1983'. The frame is dark brown wood.
