Upholstered Club Chair, fabric is good condition with some fading. Seat is 16 1/2" from the floor (sits a little lowers) 

See photos for condition. Photos are the final judge of condition. Items are tested at time of inventory and working state is stated in the description. Future mechanical/working state cannot be guaranteed. Some items are large and heavy, you must bring adequate help and vehicle size to transport your items. If you fail to pick up small items, after seven days they will be donates. If you fail to pick up large furniture items, you will be charged a $100 removal fee.
